Returns

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for:

• Wrong size

• Buyer’s remorse

• Custom or personalized designs

• Digital downloads

Replacements for Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect
  …please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  We will replace it at no cost.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
After production begins, we cannot cancel the order.

Digital Items

Digital/downloadable items are non-refundable once delivered.
